Q&A on the Use of DS50 Pro II After PS5 System Update

After the latest PS5 system update, the DS50PRO2 needs to be reactivated for PS5 games. The method is as follows:

1: Update the PS5 system to the latest version

2: Restart the PS5 console (do not skip this step)

3: Turn off the PS5 system Bluetooth, plug the DS50PRO2 directly into the PS5 console, wait for 3 seconds, and then remove it

4: Plug the DS50PRO2 directly into the PC, perform the PS5 game firmware upgrade again to activate it, and remove it after successful completion for normal operation

PS:
1: In rare cases, the PS5 game firmware activation may fail. Users can reinsert the DS50PRO2 into the PS5 console, wait for 15 seconds, then remove it, and reattempt the PS5 game firmware upgrade activation on the PC.
